Succession, nice post. I'm also of the view that people shoot themselves in their own foot by bagging their own stock. There are much more positives ways to approach dissapointments. I cant understand why anyone would bag equity they own (sending a loud message to newbies to the stock) thereby making there own situation and everyone elses for that matter worse than it has to be.
This is just my way of veiwing it of course.
