gabon deal This Ascent deal is the first of Mr Potter's asset swap deals!
Ascent (AST.L) closed at 6p last night after a high of 7.
So 12 million shares are worth about A$1.5 mill with another half mill due uopn "completion" (of the deal, presumably), with potentially more to come.
Sure, the Gabon risk has been swapped, but what was Gabon worth? Is this a fair deal?
