I think most here are concerned that given current managements poor decision making has so far been catastrophic to what should be a strong company, where are they going to take us in the next few years? Management ability is 50% of the share value in my opinion. Having great resources in the ground isnt everthing. Managements ability to maximise value is just as important. We have been not only diluted but have lost considerable value when you factor in dilution, market cap and current share price together.
