Ayup. I wonder if some of the longer term holders like @chocklips can tell us how many times the company has taken on and then given up on different tenements?

Under the various names the company has used ( 4-5 since they started off back in the 1990’s? ), it really does make me wonder.

If they spent on more land next to or in the immediate vicinity of their existing tenements then I’d see that as a vote of confidence in the existing portfolio. Heading off the other side of the country does not, remembering that Western Australia is probably further than New Caledonia to Sconi & the Yabulu refinery. Something to do with the way crows fly. New Cal. to QLD is probably closer as its a lot easier to go in a straight line on the ocean than it is on land.
