If you want to find out if they want ot dump on market yo should do what I've done before. Call up and ask to meet a Director, ask question about comp. and make him an offer, he will contact the seller and then you can find how much they are willing to sell and at what price. Its like playing chess, you have to think 3 moves ahead. We rolled one director real nice with this trick!
