easy answer....the whole economy was booming....people made easy money....almost full employment, stock market at its highs....
it was not just the credit.... or didnt you notice....the world wide boom in everything
and if you are so interested in shares...why not go and discuss shares with the stock players...not the property people why should we have to defend our interests in property most of us have shares and cash as well we prefer to discuss property atm...
