just ran into my young neighbour...he is about 22-23...told me he is moving out next weekend...into his first home...just a one bedder, cost 230k, less 40,000 gift from the govt's...... smart...starting young....he is going places....in marketing, oh and the low interest rates.....he has been a good kid...looking after his mum and younger brother
and you must notice how our friends start a negative thread, then squibble over something , just so it has something negative in the heading...
is no one interested in positive news about housing...
and I figured out why all the activity here lately... the site...housepricecrash has died...they all left...last post was in Mar 09, would have thought they had plenty of friends over there..... oh well have a good weekend
