my oath, i hate those bears with their dire predictions... the trouble with you youth of today is they want everythin on a plate...me grandkiddies tell me they have to cough up 450k for a 'house n land package' 30 km out from the big smoke.....i tell em that you can't go wrong on bricks n mortar kids, and maybe you just have to work 2 or 3 jobs to pay for it, cause it aint gettin cheaper
i tell em rent money is dead money..course i never rented, it was a pride thing back in the 50's....no sir, i bought me block n house for 30 quid, a princely sum of money back then
