there is a really good post in humour today.... stock broker cold calling... it just reminds me of some of our posters, who were going to make a killing on the stocks, then pay cash for their new crashed priced houses and bypass the high interest rates scene....... wonder how they are going now ? sometimes I wonder if they work for stock brokers, and would just love to get some of that bigger money off the IP people...instead of the little fish
btw is there anywhere in Australia where is warm all year round, without the cyclones....the brother wants a place...where its absolutley not cold.... he has become a a bit of a wooss in his old age.
oh and I wish those people had not rushed into the market...I was hoping for lower rates...but think the economy is going to look nasty come October
