The 12 months not only gives lots of time for additional signings BUT also lots of time for revenue from the partners we have already signed to start to flow into the balance sheet.

As far as Philips POC phase 1, my research shows that the product will not be released without us as we look to be solving a stability issue. We are one of a few companies that are involved with the device and have the support of all parties.

Time will tell - and with our cash reserves we have plenty of time to get things right!
