the Acadia webcast this morning made it very clear that they went back to analyse the data and diarrhea was common among both placebo and the group who was on real drugs. They concluded that this didn’t therefore unbind the results.
the Retts support group you referred to only has a very small group of parents who have their daughters in the trial and just like any other issues on social media, any negatives would always get more discussions than positives (who in fact were not allowed to discuss any specifics of the trial)
