Emailed JH and he said it is public knowledge (in the fine print of the bond somewhere) rolling bond approv expires 19 MAR. Share holder (50% pass mark) and asx approval required to refresh it. But "prudent management" would be on to this right now. That is all he would say. :)))
I have great confidence the management have share holders interests in mind. They would get my vote to refresh it. But what else do they have their sleeves?? Interesting times ahead.
