Cant say if its right or wrong its just how it is.Been going on since first stock market in holland was floated. Brokers/directors hold stock and want to get sp moving up or down So stock get throwm all over the bourse.The aim is to promote the stock ie by buying and selling parcels in rapid succession therby acting as a "catalyst of sorts" to trigger speculators/serious investors to take a look at the stock and take up positions etc I suppose ASIC cant blow the whistle in this day and age with the level of sophisticated tools they use to cover this sort of activity In the case of stocks that have been unfairly sold off and have sound fundamentals or more speculative stocks who have the goods then i cant see it as such a bad thing But i here you saying G, the obvious question. How can you tell a bad apple from the good one until you take a BITE????Mm
