Okay ...prepared to get shot down here as I won't name source but tonight during the state of Origin (go the Maroons) I was discussing the property market with a good friend of mine high on the ladder in Suncorp (no he's not into maintenance!) :) The general consensus is that the market is bouncing back... a well defined increase in loan applications and quite a few other factors coming into play. Just a statement of opinion that appears to be developing up here in SE Qld... quite frankly I believe that we have seen the worst of a general flattening of prices in the market (dependant on specific region of course) .... watch this space now as it will be filling fast :)
