The IE report clearly indicated that this majority holding may be a deterrence going forward.
The reality is that there is no other company on ASX with such a holding by one overseas individual.

Like has been stated previously CSD has sold out shareholders and scared new potential investors with the MOU - share issue terms and conditions

SPI majority holding must be diluted before any major investors will consider investing in CSD.
The market is awaiting to see what unfolds in relation to this holding..

There is a lot in what you say qqqqqqqqq and they are very valid points.

But IMO when they start to pay divvies, which is what I am holding for, sp will reflect that and the earnings. For example, if they pay a one cent div ff when the sp is 5c, what will happen to the sp?? IMO it will "skyrocket".
