isoft won't be around in 5 years if they have to rely on YA Global for funds.

This agreement with YA Global is only desperation from a company bleeding cash.

Would be much cheaper to borrow money from a bank BUT obviously no banks would lend them money. the covenants on the existing loans have had to be renegotiated with the reduced SP and obviously no bank would consider giving further credit at a competitive rate to a business heavily geared to the UK market which itself is struggling for funds.

However iSoft will survive and the SP will appreciate if Lorenzo is a success IMO.
