ISF is borrowing against equity(YA) almost 1 Mill each week. 30 Mill is not going to last that long. If they continue to use YA with current speed, dilution will bring share price below 10 cents very quickly.

Monday is ISF results day, most likely UK investment will be written off. I don;t expect any surprise(positive) because the amount they are borrowing against equity tell house is totally out of order"

Biggest problem is their Debt exceeds far more than market cap(please correct me if I am wrong).
