The way i read it is as of a date (25th August) a register of shareholders is produced at any stage after that depending on how many shares you still own you will be entitled to participate. It seems the strike price is $8.75 on a 1:1 Basis.
It is very clever in that it is an incentive to keep the share long term with a Garuntee that only has to be exercised in the event of someone making a play over 20%.
I would imagine more companies following as i cannot see a down side other than annoying a hostile takeover.
