Uranerz definately doing the right thing for their shareholders. Makes me wonder what could eventually happen to PEN, we must be attracting attention with the resource thats already proven and the further potential at Lance.
I have been following Uranerz permitting for Nichols Ranch, they have had quite a few RAI's (request for additional info) from the NRC.
Nice to know that PEN have been collecting the RAI's that have been sent to Uranerz and others to ensure a smoother path for us.
Forward thinking paves the way, yesterday PEN even asked the NRC to hold the final pre license application submission meeting on site at Ross (mid October)to "ensure satisfaction of NRC Staff's acceptance review criteria"
