Spot on Jake and TS. ICN has 33.3% of the upper section of 218, significant enough, but what does that do for 855, the price of which is still being negotiated with Beach for their 40%?? Reckon 218's results will have a very serious affect on the price that Beach will now have to pay.
Keep in mind that with the results from 218, ICN now holds the whip handle with Beach and if they don't sign, after seeing EXE's deal yesterday, RJ shouldn't have any trouble getting other takers. GREAT news for ICN and that should reassure RJ that he will be able to deliver on the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA)(GSA) from 855 alone with possibly 4 or 5 times more gas than they originally thought.
