I've been buying. Reasons below:

1) Cheap

2) Steinepreis

I follow the Steinepreis family around the ASX. ZMI is currently cheaper than what they've been buying at. It's very rare you get set in a stock cheaper than these guys.

I've never lost money buying Steinepreis shells. AVZ, LSA, TAR, LCD, etc

3) T20

Tight T20. Likely tighter now with Steinepreis buying 5% this year on market. Will run harder when a great asset is dropped into this company with fewer loose hands.



4) GTT Placement

Again similar to AVZ back in 2016 (below). Steinepries was on board and then GTT handled a placement before they acquired a tier 1 asset.



5) Recent Vend

As far as I can tell that recent acquisition was essentially registered in June and immediately sold to ZMI. Looks to me like whoever owns the private company that sold this tenement to them wanted to get set in ZMI. I find this is a common trend in shell plays to get certain people involved.

6) Zinc Project JV

The zinc project is actually very decent. The talks of a JV still interest me.
