I think the announcement was exactly what everyone expected.
The part about the equity injections was the only part that concerned me. Taking a negative view, what I read into this was that asset sales alone will not be enough.
Apart from that it did seem an overall positive. I just hope they follow through with the "Improving Transparency" part.
