Not sure why you would wait and pay more when the signs are that we won't drop lower than 20. with the SP support we while many stocks take a hit we are still holding strong.
To me it won't be long before we have a offer the same as the last one but a bit higher due to the permits we have 20% in.
If STO get an offer soon the SP will move up quickly as it will signal things are going forward but I think many buyers wouldn't wait for that.
