    And the CPC carry is certainly considered as part of CVN’s valuation in internal data room / asset sale discussions, however, as Mike suggests there should be a consideration ascribed to the time value of money effect of the US $90m carry component, this can’t be neglected. Nonetheless, given the company finds itself so close to FID, the US$90m (A$140m) CPC carry in my view adds as protection to the downside for CVN and should be included as part of the balance sheet. As many of us have mentioned, it’s a terrific opportunity to participate in the enormous upside to be realised from any merger and acquisition decisions or from progress to first oil at Dorado. Just don’t think STO are that keen on Dorado so I expect some sort of decision made in the next 2-3 months for us CVN holders. I sold a couple at 21.5c to fund a long awaited Europe trip however I will be buying back on any weakness in the SP sub 20c. All the best everyone !
