There is already a precedence. SHELL tried it and failed. They even had something like
30% already at the time and yet they couldn't get it over the line.
For us shafted SH's, the best thig for CVN is for someone with more patience to buy us out
or hope that the late 2024 FID is not a typographical error and it is actually 2025. Also, they said FID ready; BUT they can also be FID ready, and not push the go ahead button.
