Vey valid point, but the shares mean nothing if he doesn't get this thing going? I read over a few quarters for different companies and it varies a lot with how much CEO's are rewarding themselves. Lets hope in the near future Foate takes less and gives more to investor who have helped getting him this far. Wages are not a major concern for now, we need those wages to forge ahead. I have no doubt reviews will be done further down the track for positions required to bring that cost down.
