There is little gained by going over old ground but things like “we are close to a $5m quarter” and “close to CF positive” (12 months ago!) but to name a few, are simply inexcusable and seriously misleading by AF. They are further from CF positive than ever. This quarterly provides the facts that he has continually lied to shareholders and the market. The fact that the BOD has just inked a new 5 year contract for him is inexcusable. Many posters here have lamented the lack of governance with this company as one of the major reasons the share price won’t go anywhere. Forget the software, forget all the big names, forget all the promises and fix the corporate governance.
