Finally whatever you do,,,,, don't trust timelines,,,, probably best to add 12-24 months for your own sanity. The debt warehouse "Debt Red Sea" as an example which has also unfortunately not produced much at all. At one point we were hearing +CF would be reached at 30-40% usage LOL. That was a big FURPHY!
A lot of lessons have been burnt into my psyche as you can tell.
