As I keep mentioning, there’s no indication this isn’t the stock standard, rinse and repeat Pre 4C pump and dump. Runs up to 12, dumps hard and then the cycle begins again for the next 4C. The father’s of course trumpet otherwise and say it’s the start of the new paradigm “BIG THINGS COMING”.
Id be convinced it’s something outside of the normal pump and dump if it broke 13 with force
