Hi Moxie, thanks for the ruling. My mistake as I had a pile of issued options, for every x bought sharse during the CR got an option. I also bought some on market early on and rode the wave up. Tried to argue that the issued lot weren't 'free' as I had to buy shares to get them, wanted to raise their bought price to reduce the CGT etc. Also tried to use the average buy price for the issued ones by combining with bought ones...My accountant did not like the idea and said NO
