Pump and dumps can happen at different scales. In this case what it means is that you purchased shares while not telling anyone on the socials. You then come on the socials to advise everyone how great of an opportunity it is to buy now to create the FOMO required to pump the SP up. Once that's achieved you casually offload the shares (dump) onto the FOMOers. Rinse and repeat. You're praying that the FOMO gets the SP up well before the 4c is released.
