Bots mate, not just one either, ran by smarter people then here and they want this price to stay up..they keep feeding into 1.1 last 4 days now , I suspect the wall at 1.2 is a part of it..
looks like they are gathering shares people higher then 1.1 giving impression it will never go above that so better take 1.1.
Thats my take but brokers have many reasons why they manipulate the SP, one thing I know its not retail doing this..
