Take a seat gentleman.In the previous 4c Spenda received 1.81m in cash receipts which included a 434k payment from Capricorn due to stage two success. They didn't receive a Capricorn payment in September quarter because the DSD wasn't commercially launched. So 1.81-0.434 is 1.367m for June quarter without factoring in the cap payment received. The organic growth for September quarter was then 1.92-1.376= $544,000. That's a 40% gain quarter on quarter. That's actually much better than people realise. It's just the timing of the cap payments that make it look bad even though it still grew 6%.As you can see the large infrequent cap payments can make the cash receipts appear lumpy. That's over now as the last 434k will be received this quarter at the same time as Swiftstatement starting to produce significant RR.As they go along such build fees will make up a smaller amount relative to the larger and larger amount of cash receipts and so 4c reports will become less lumpy.Have a good evening gents.
