All payments in lieu of whatever in lieu depicts
Appstablsihment independent Valuations and Due Diligence beneficiaries
Management and directors - incentives and bonuses and options
Due Diligence on all acquisitions in past 2-3 years - beneficiaries and how they have contributed to huge growth in revenues
Great debating points above for positives etc
