Yes you have missed something! also requires Capricorn board approval I’m also assuming it would require a few signatures maybe the lawyers want one last look at it. Double check everything is in order. Complain about “nothing” announcements, complain that rush it, complain they take too long. what do you think will happen with the share price if/when Capricorn do buy in at 1.7 cents???
