question is : why the focus on the lower cost PhII, what happened to the PHIII?

Hope this call isn't about the Co putting the PHIII on hold til fonda rev hits the deck and the global sentiment improves enough for some sort of capital initiative.

Seems an odd thing to do having a CC rather than just announce the funding path & start of PHIII if that was what was going to happen.

Lets hope they don't balls this up as well.
