I'm not expert here, but if I'm adding things correctly, if your numbers were realistic we'd already be rich. The market can badly mis-price things, from time to time, but it almost never mistakes diamonds for dirt.

10,000PJ, is (as I understand it) about 9.3tcf of gas. Estimates are that Gorgon (the biggest mother of a gas project in Australia) has 40tcf.

I don't know what it's market value is, but I know that every major oil and gas company in the world wants part of it. CNX is not the same.

I'd be happy if CNX ended up with 1/100th of the resources of Gorgon.
