On the hiring front at jcurve there are roles currently advertised for a business development manager and marketing manager. Which set me thinking along the lines that you only go out and hire such roles when you are in the aggressive growth phase of the business. From a qualitative analysis standpoint (SWOT) This seems like a positive move by the business.
