I don't think there is any stopping of China expanding and increasing demand, the SP will move up even if GRR just maintains current output based on current uptrend of FE prices. Looks like (non-pellet) FE prices will pass $90 soon, predicting China will (try to) grow even more furiously the more the US tries to suppress its growth.
