id also like to throw up some of my own thoughts on this issue and see what you guys think.

Firstly, risktrader (whilst my respect of him is extremenely minimal) said there would be three parts to the ann, with the third being 'one of corporate nature'. has anyone given any time to the fact this might be a new face at board level, and this is why they are waiting to the day of the agm, so investors can meet this person face to face, and hear what he has to say?

conversely, has anyone thought that perhaps there is poor news to be announced, and that the TH was called monday to stabilise the sp, and halt the immense specualtion surrounding the stock, which would have ultimately pushed prices up to an unsustainable level (thus intensifying the depreciation of the sp once news reaches the market). This would also give management a chance to explain a ban ann face to face to afec with its investors at the agm, and hopefully prevent a fall out.

i am simply throwing up some alternatives to the many that have been suggested on here in the past few days, so dont take it to heart. this is purely secario speculation
