Positive turning point

Last week's CR ann and the previous ann on ALT's redirection of the business is good corporate strategy and should open up the best way forward for PeriCoach. The CR will unavoidably dilute most shareholders, but if all this succeeds (and most agree that PeriCoach should on merit succeed as a great product, and don't forget the also innovative AutoStart Burette), then the dilution and any consolidation of shares (which would be a sensible move) will have been worth it.

We have been crying out for management action, now that it in play in a rational way the best for all stakeholders is to at least stop complaining (driving the sp down further) and see how it unfolds over the next 12 months.
