Thats quite conservative, i recall prior to these court proceedings that JBWere had a 12 month target of $1.60 on BTU...i believe that there have been further developments and resource increases since that evaluation..if the court decision (like i do expect) does go in our favour as i believe the greenies have run out of funds to keep the battle going (as reported by major shareholder - Mathesons), then i expect this to hit $1.00 much sooner than the 3 month period suggested..
