First thing first. Beware of the BOTs issuing $20 5-min interval trades to push down the SP. It's been doing that all day to keep the SP at $0.335

A few got sucked in and sold into the ambush. There were many large deals done at $0.345 which is a positive sign.

This news is very promising, the final EPA approval is still pending.

I am pretty certain Shagang will bankroll the Southdown project. Part of the game plan or precursor was for Shgang to increase it's stake.

Otherwise why spend $150M just to dredge the port if Southdown is not a done deal from a financing perspective.

There is also news in China saying Baosteel and Shagang are doing some kind of tie-up or alliance.
