Dear Reichman, No problems, Ezirida, very well said and like dear Petal you will soon reap your rewards. Petal just keep working on those building plans and dreams for you will soon have the finest in Silverwater?. Not so confident now about my prediction of a T/O in the near future, but we know the "Big Boys" are watching us very closely. Also note your concerns Petal, but deep down I know JA has a deep passion for IVR and he is fully aware of past errors and so he is now determined to "get it right". Do not expect any "hype" (never been and never will be their style) but super confident of where we are now heading and IMO the "Rainbow" is not far away. Unfortunately it may be as Ezirida has suggested 6-12 mths away but I am happy / content with the knowledge of the extent of the work still to be done. Not concerned about the loot situation (going forward) for whilst we may need a little more later this year, I will be prepared for that possibility.
