My thought is that the reason for delays to start is due to the conditions attached to the funding loan. They would have to meet a strict level of criteria with all contracts having to be negotiated from the drilling to the pipeline and arranging buyers for the gas. Once these conditions have been met things will more along quite quickly. Share price could move steadily up once it gets project is started. My thoughts is around 12 cents mid next year or sooner.
