ha, he's bought back the 4 million shares he was margin called on after the collapse in share price, he sold at 6 cents. Of course remember he originally bought around the 25 cent area, so he's very much in the same boat as most of us.
Last time he bought was at 25 cents in 2013, the price spiked to 40/45 cents shortly after, so on that basis it's a buy signal. I suppose it also suggests no news is imminent, but it is clearly a positive sign not a negative one.
