Let's just wait and see re SP targets on each of PLT, FER and GBI...all I know is that GBI just raised $3m very easily with very high quality investors (ie. Australian Ethical Investments) and FER did its last raising back 24 months ago at $1.50 again from some good quality investors.
On the other hand PLT has been raising funds every 6 months and its last raising was was a 3 times extended SPP to raise $2m (supported only by 10% of its shareholders)at 11c and immediately before that was a secured convertible note issue at 7c that is due to be re-paid in 6 months time.
It is going to be very difficult for PLT to raise funds via Ordinary shares at anything above 5c and as for another Convertible Note raising at 7c, whilst may be possible will increase the risk to all existing ordinary shareholders substantially.
