Yes Vincenzini ... of course but it's v early days for both FER & GBI ... hence their relative ease at raising funds.
PlT was in that situation as well a few years back. But further down the track (with potholes clearly visible) it obviously gets more difficult.
As you say ... we can only wait and see.
