Best value for shareholders? the Chinese dont give a fat rats backside about shareholders.

The Chinese are very shrewd negotiators ... they will get what they want for stumping up 4.6 billion.

More importantly the Chinese housing bubble is very real.

I'm not interested in regurgitating everything here adnausem ... as has been pointed out this has been over hyped ... was a nice run up I did very well.

As much as you have an opinion ... I have mine and I'm entitled to it regardless of whether you like it or not.
