It's all about time ... they need to get financed asap.
Delays will always mean a blow out in Capex.
With more producers comming online in the next couple of years the competition loads up ... price of iron ore will fluctuate.
As for the infrastructure ... billions end users? who knows.
The resource is there no-ones denying that.
